Biography / Biographie
I am a postgraduate student enrolled at the Nelson Mandela University, Eastern Cape, South Africa , I am doing my second year in Masters of Arts Anthropology under the department of Anthropology and Sociology.
I am currently an Anthropology tutor, I am tutoring first year students medical and digital anthropology, They want me to write the current occupation.my role is to explain complex concepts and invigilate when it’s exam season and mark scripts. I prepare my students by sending them readings before class so they can go through them and can have a smooth lesson.
I volunteer at Nelson Mandela University Programmes (Open Days)and I also Contributed to heritage documentation events and campus museum activities.
I volunteered as a Research Assistant (Volunteer), at Nelson Mandela University where I supported the compilation of indigenous archives and community oral histories, Assisted with transcriptions, basic cataloguing of interview data and archival referencing and Participated in departmental seminars related to heritage and preservation practices. lastly I helped sort and display historical materials during heritage month.
