Awa D. Ndao Gueye joined CODESRIA as Chief Accountant in September 2004.
She holds a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies (DEFC), and a University Diploma of Technology (DUT) in Finance and Accounting and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in financial accounting (DESCF ) to enrol in the French Order of Chartered Accountants. She has also trained for the Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management (DESCOEF) which led to a Diploma of Accountancy from the Economic and Monetary Union of West Africa (UEMOA).
Before joining CODESRIA, she served as charge d’affaires for Bull Senegal and Bull Cote d’Ivoire (1998-2004). Awa D. Gueye Ndao began her professional experience in various accounting firms in Paris (France) and has worked for several companies as a Senior Accountant.
Awa is Senegalese.
