I am a second-year PhD student in Africa Studies at the University of the Free State (International Studies Group), researching the history of the handicraft industry in Zimbabwe
I have extensive experience in qualitative research (archival, oral history and oral tradition) methodologies. I have conducted numerous research projects for my Masters and Honours research projects, including research work when I worked for a consulting company IPAZIM for a year. I also have experience working as a university lecturer for two years, and I taught courses on heritage entrepreneurship and heritage and sustainable development, where I taught the intersection between indigenous knowledge and livelihood development.
