Project Title / Titre du projet: This research explores the transformation of banana stem waste into creative art crafts as a sustainable livelihood strategy. It examines indigenous processing techniques, design innovation and market potential to promote environmental conservation, income generation and youth empowerement within banana growing communities

Biographie / Biography: I am currently engaged in customer service at a restaurant and cafe in Mukono, uganda. My primary role is to ensure high quality customer experience through courteous service and effective communication. I receive and process customer orders, provide accurate information about menu items and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
In addition, am responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the service area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards. I support daily restaurant operations by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. I also assist with basic cashier duties, including handling payments and issuing receipts when required.
Through thus role, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, team work, time management and problem solving abilities while gaining practical experience in the hospitality and service industry.
