Project Title / Titre du projet: Documentation and Proximate Analysis of Underutilized Indigenous Foods (UIFs) in Eswatini: A Food-Based Strategy for Immune Support and the Preservation of Indigenous Knowledge Heritage in Nutrition.

Biographie / Biography: I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, and Technology, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the scientific principles of food. My academic journey expanded into leadership and public service through the Young African Leaders Initiative, focusing on Public Management and Governance which was a fellowship held at the UNISA School of Business Leadership, this ha honed my leadership capabilities. Committed to research integrity, I completed the CITI Program in Research Ethics-basic,since i have taken part in various research projects. To complement my technical expertise, I also obtained a certification in Basic Lecturing Skills from Amadi University College.
I am a Lecturer in the Department of Consumer Science at AMADI University College, where I teach Business Mathematics and supervise undergraduate research. I am also affiliated with the Ministry of Health through my role at Ntfonjeni Clinic, serving as a Data Manager and Nutrition Adviser for People Living with HIV in partnership with Jhpiego and NERCHA. This dual appointment places me at the intersection of academia and public health, allowing me to bridge rigorous clinical data systems with grassroots community engagement in Mbabane,Eswatini and Rural community of Ntfonjeni.
I currently hold a dual appointment that bridges academia and public health. I am a Lecturer in the Department of Consumer Science at AMADI University College, where I teach Business Mathematics and supervise undergraduate diploma students in their final year research projects. Concurrently, I serve as a Data Manager and Nutrition Adviser for People Living with HIV at Ntfonjeni Clinic under the Ministry of Health. In this capacity, I work in strategic partnership with Jhpiego and NERCHA, overseeing clinical data integrity while providing frontline nutritional assessments and counseling to vulnerable populations.
