Our Continental Organisation has decided to initiate a new Review, “The African Union Herald”, whose first issue will be published, as a sign of the times, at the dawn of 2011, while we will be holding our very first Summit of the year with every hope of success. By initiating this publication, the African Union Commission, which has not got such a tool yet, fills a vacuum.
